We create quality products in a safe environment for our team members.      Benefits Effective Day 1!      Position Summary:    This position includes, but is not limited to, covering breaks of departmental employees according to the schedule.         Responsibilities:    Follow formulation sheets and add spices, water,   puropack , and meat at the correct levels as described on the formulation sheet.    Use the computer-generated formulator for specific meat types to hit correct fat percentage for blends (once every 3 minutes).   Operate mixers, grinders, rework grinder, and the corrector system.     Drive tow motor to deliver blends to storage areas throughout the facility.    Observe all sanitation procedures   Perform general housekeeping duties in the department.   Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF requirements.    Perform all positions of job rotation as needed.   Perform any other work as assigned by management.      Additional Responsibilities:    Ability and willingness to perform basic math functions (i.e.:  addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).   Ability and willingness to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.   Ability and willingness to obtain a tow motor level III license.    Ability and willingness to scan or input into computer system, all product film, boxes, casings, clips, and ingredients for all daily product runs, including change overs.   Ability and willingness to follow formulations on computer and accurate record and report food safety or product information.     Physical Requirements:    The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.     Ability and willingness to push/pull/lift with arms below waist/at shoulder/above shoulder level minimum of 20 pounds frequently.   Ability and willingness to work in wet conditions and cold temperatures at 35 degrees.   Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with rapid hand and eye coordination to move product on a conveyor and/or other processing equipment.    Ability and willingness to flex/grip with wrist/hands frequently.   Ability and willingness to stand/walk/climb/bend for up to 10 hours     Preferred Skills:   Machine Operator experience preferred   Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred   RF Scanner experience preferred     Requirements:    3 months of work history with the same employer     LOCATION IS NOT ACCEPTING REHIRES   Relocation Assistance Eligible: No Work Shift: 1ST SHIFT (United States of America) Certain roles at Tyson require background checks.
