Summary Job Description: Part Time 24 weekly hours, 1st shift dish washer, tray line server and kitchen sanitation ​ Principal Duties and Responsibilities: The following is a summary of the major functions of this individual's job.  He or she may perform other duties, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below, and specific functions may change from time to time. 1.  Prep work including, washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding vegetables and fruits along with weighing and measuring designated ingredients. 2.  Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator while maintaining all safety standards. 3.  Properly stores foods in designated areas following wrapping, dating, and food safety and rotation procedures. 4.  Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils. 5.  Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment. 6.  Utilizes approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control. 7.  Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner following outlined steps of service. 8.  Resolves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisor. 9.  Interacts with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards, and inventory and cash control procedures. 10.  Assures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements. 11.  Performs other duties and functions as assigned. Minimum Education, Training and Experience Required: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. One year experience in a food service operation position preferred.
