Know how to take full responsibility for P&L while mapping out initiatives   a nd business plans for the store   a nd solving roadblock issues   Responsibilities Works   a nd communicates with District Manager   a nd/or   A rea Manager regarding   a ny concerns or issues that occur in the store Responsible for covering vacations   a nd call outs throughout the District Help with special projects including inventory   a nd procedure rollouts Develop good customer relations   a nd maintain   a   high level of service to the customer Respond timely to customer sales   a nd service questions Greets customer, demonstrates product knowledge,   a nd quickly understands customer/technicians needs Maintains customer satisfaction by serving customer, securing right part,   a nd resolving issues Understands customer’s specific needs   a nd requirements. Maintains inventory   a nd ensures parts stocked in correct location Participates in training   a s needed   a nd required Performs   a ll other   a ssociated tasks   a s   a ssigned by management   Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Passion for delivering customer care   a nd building long term relationships Knowledge of inventory controls, stocking levels   a nd seasonal shifts is   a   plus Personal drive, self-motivation   a nd initiative to   a ccomplish business goals Customer focus   a nd high energy in our fast-paced stores Ability to operate   a   cash register   a nd navigating computer   a nd paper catalog systems Passion for delivering customer care in   a   strong team environment And if you have this, even better: Technical or Trade school courses or degree Background   a nd/or passion for   a utomotive industry, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership.
