Job Description: To develop engaging and visually striking digital graphic design, videos, corporate presentations and digital multimedia content that communicates Sun Life’s brand’s message and intellectual capital across multiple platforms. Leveraging Generative AI where applicable, you are responsible to ensure all multimedia materials adhere to brand and digital guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual identity across channels, and collaborates closely with global design and digital teams to uphold best practices and brand stability. To create visual marketing assets across web, digital display advertising, email marketing, digital and in-person event branding, social, print collateral, and video as needed. To develop multimedia content for marketing campaigns , including web layouts, social media posts, event branding, and interactive elements as needed, while optimizing design standards to ensure consistency across platforms. The candidate must possess video editing skills that include working with green screens, adding visual effects and overlays that are to be used for both internal communications, external customer facing communications, and for conferences and events. Experience and knowledge of generative AI prompting and multimedia creation skills such as image and video creation is mandatory and a key part of the role. A key part of the role will involve executive presentation visual design and layout improvement - i.e. the ability provide visual design optimisation for corporate internal and external facing presentations, and aligned corporate branding guidelines. A portfolio showcasing the candidates design experience across both digital and traditional print formats is required, as well as GenAI prompt and content creation examples. Preferred skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) Experience in GenAI prompting, and video content generation via tools like Synthesia, Higgsfield.ai etc Experience with AI image tools like Adobe Firefly or Photoshop GenFill Strong understanding of UX/UI principles for digital assets Knowledge of video editing techniques including green screen and visual effects Familiarity with corporate branding standards and visual identity systems Regularly addresses complex design challenges requiring creative solutions (e.g., adapting branding for new digital platforms) Solves varied problems including cross-platform consistency issues and multimedia integration Manages interdependent tasks like coordinating visual elements across global campaigns   Qualifications Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field 5+ years professional experience in digital/multimedia design Portfolio demonstrating expertise in corporate presentations, video production, and AI created/enhanced video and imagery Certifications in Adobe Creative Suite preferred Experience working in sandboxed environments in large corporate organisations a benefit Responsibilities Creating digital graphic design material:  Including but not limited to digital posters, direct emails, social advertising posts adhering to corporate branding guidelines to support marketing and communication initiatives. Video production and editing: Produce and edit videos for internal communications, external customer-facing content, and conferences/events, incorporating green screen techniques, visual effects, and overlays. Presentation design optimization: Enhance and beautify PowerPoint presentations for both internal and external use, ensuring alignment with corporate branding guidelines and improving visual appeal and effectiveness. AI video and image manipulation: Utilize GenAI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Photoshop GenFill to extend or modify existing images, enhancing visual assets for various projects, and video tools such as Synthesia, Higgsfield.ai etc. Brand consistency management: Ensure all visual content created by the candidate adheres to Sun Life's corporate branding.
