Job Description: Job description Reporting to Country Head of Human Resources of Sun Life Indonesia, this position is responsible to ensure accurate and compliant execution of HR operations by managing employee administration, benefits (insurance, optical, DPLK), payroll-related inputs, procurement process, and employees documentations. The role is to support employee experience and operational excellence across Sun Life Indonesia. This is a 12 months contract based role Preferred skills Attention to details Strong service orientation, responsive Effective communication Ability to manage multiple task and deadlines Structure, organized, ability to maintain confidentiality Qualifications Bachelor's degree 2-3 years of HR operations experience Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications Detail-oriented with ability to handle confidential information Responsibilities Employee Lifecycle Support Manage end-to-end employee documentation including employment letters, reference letters, and exit clearances. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and respond to employee inquiries through designated HR channels. Benefits Administration Oversee employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and supplementary benefits. Coordinate with benefit providers to resolve claims, process enrollments and terminations, and ensure smooth benefits delivery to employees. Payroll Coordination Support payroll operations by providing accurate data for salary-related items including overtime, insurance deductions, and benefit claims. Ensure all payroll-impacting information is submitted in a timely manner. Financial & Administrative Support Serve as HR liaison for procurement activities, managing purchase orders, invoice processing, and vendor payments. Process payments for internships, training reimbursements, and other HR-related expenses. Employee Engagement Programs Coordinate employee recognition initiatives, workplace celebrations, and special occasions. Arrange logistics for HR events and training sessions including venue and catering coordination.
