Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt: van werkorders en klantafspraken tot afleveringen. Je bewaakt de planning, houdt overzicht en zorgt dat alle processen efficiënt verlopen. Je coacht en motiveert jouw commercieel medewerkers en chauffeurs zodat iedereen het beste uit zichzelf haalt. Met jouw ervaring en organisatorisch talent breng je structuur en professionaliteit in het filiaal. Daarnaast draai je zelf actief mee in het filiaal door technisch advies te geven. Zo help je klanten op maat en zorg je voor maximale klanttevredenheid. Dankzij jouw flexibiliteit en leiderschap onderhoud je niet alleen een sterke band met je team, maar ook met onze klanten. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de operations manager en speelt een sleutelrol in het dagelijkse succes van ons filiaal.
