Daher suchen wir leidenschaftliche und engagierte Teammitglieder, die daran mitwirken uns und unsere Lösungen zu verbessern und die Zukunft der UAS und CLS zu gestalten.  Komm an Bord und werde zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Teil unseres Teams als Airbus DS Airborne Solutions GmbH – Innovations/Systems Engineer (d/m/w) in Bremen Das ist dein Aufgabenfeld: Entwickeln von technischen Lösungskonzepten unter Berücksichtigung operationeller und Stakeholderanforderungen in einem kollaborativen Entwicklungsumfeld im Bereich Unbemannte Luftfahrtsysteme (UAS) in der Forschung und Entwicklung (F&E) Technische Verantwortung eines Forschungs- und Entwicklungsvorhabens im Bereich Unbemannte Luftfahrtsysteme (UAS) sowie Führung eines Entwicklungsteams Planung von Meilensteinen und technischen Entwicklungsschritten Erarbeitung technischer Lösungskonzepte sowie Ausarbeitung ausgewählter Konzepte Integration von Systemen in einen Gesamtansatz Frühzeitiges Erkennen von internen und externen Kundenbedarfen sowie Erarbeiten von Lösungsideen Proaktives Interagieren in enger Abstimmung mit anderen Bereichen wie Zulassung und Ausrüstung von Luftfahrzeugen Das bringst du mit: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Maschinenbau/ Mechatronik mit Luftfahrtschwerpunkt oder vergleichbar Erfahrungen im Bereich von Forschung und Entwicklung (F&E) oder Innovationsmanagement Erfahrungen im Systems Engineering nach ISO 15288 Kenntnisse im Bereich Luftfahrt, autonomer Systeme und Sensoriken sowie Luftgerätauslegung als auch im Bereich der elektronischen Systeme Detaillierte Kenntnisse über den Betrieb von Unbemannten Luftfahrtsystemen (UAS) Erfahrungen mit ArduPilot Fachliche und technische Führungskompetenzen Erfahrungen in integrativer / kollaborativer Zusammenarbeit Affinität zu taktischen und strategischen Nutzungsaspekten von unbemannten Luftfahrtsystemen (UAS) Spaß an der Entwicklung neuer technologischer Konzepte sowie deren Implementierung Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Vertrauenswürdigkeit, Integrität und Zuverlässigkeit Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Das bieten wir dir: Bei uns erhältst du eine attraktive Vergütung inkl.
