Everyone gets to push their potential to the full. Discover extraordinary* every day. The role designed for you The Junior ERP Specialist will be part of the IT team at Fedrigoni Self Adhesives. In a dynamic and rapidly growing environment, the candidate will interact with internal clients to improve the ERP system and collaborate on group projects, engaging with managers and consultants in an international setting. The impact you’ll have You will manage modifications to the company management software and developments required in ERP (NAV) implementation projects. You will provide user support for ongoing projects. You will conduct training activities for the aforementioned areas. You will perform analysis, evaluate gaps, and define solutions. You will develop and test modifications ensuring the validity, accuracy, and reliability of solutions. The attitudes and skills you’ll bring Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Telecommunications. Strong technical skills (SQL, programming, application architectures, ERP packages like Navision, Dynamics). Experience in IT consulting firms or medium/large international companies with significant organizational and geographical complexity, in a dynamic and/or turbulent business context. Strong organizational, relational, communication, and synthesis skills, with a team-oriented attitude. Proficiency in English is necessary; knowledge of Polish is a plus. At least 3 years of experience in the role (Analyst/Programmer). Experience and skills in MS-SQL (query/programming), VB6, and C/AL are a plus. Advanced experience and skills in ERP in the following areas: Active and Passive Cycle, Production, Logistics. Knowledge of migration tools and integration of external systems. Result-oriented, even in difficult conditions and with competing priorities. Ability to evaluate in detail the implications on systems dictated by user requests, assess the effort required from programmers and suppliers, and prioritize activities with a sense of urgency. Practical sense to quickly translate business requests into prototype solutions. Based in: Milan, Caponago, Arco di Trento or Verona.
