The role designed for you To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (m/f/d) in a permanent position based in our modern and bright German headquarter in Oberhaching, with good public transport connections. In this role, you will bring your contribution in achieving the company sales target, providing an excellent level of customer service to our current clients. In particular: You will handle order acceptance and customer inquiries You will provide telephone support and advice to customers, You will be in charge of price calculations, preparation of offers and invoices You will coordinate with the Italian factories regarding delivery modalities You will follow up on inquiries and maintain customer data in CRM You will perform administrative tasks The attitudes and skills we’re looking for : You have previous experience in Internal Sales roles or telephone customer service You have a good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and CRM You are reliable, flexible, and great with people. You have a strong customer orientation. You are resilient and goal oriented, you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Deine neue Rolle Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Customer Support Spezialist (m/w/d) in Vollzeit und unbefristet. Die Position ist an einem unserer modernen und hellen deutschen Standorte in Oberhaching, Berlin oder Köln angesiedelt. Dank der guten Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel bist du flexibel unterwegs. In dieser Position trägst du dazu bei, die Vertriebsziele unseres Unternehmens zu erreichen, indem du unseren bestehenden Kunden*innen erstklassigen Service bietest. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören: Annahme und Bearbeitung von Bestellungen und Kundenanfragen Telefonische Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kund*innen Erstellung von Preiskalkulationen, Angeboten und Rechnungen Abstimmung mit unseren italienischen Produktionsstandorten zu Lieferterminen und -modalitäten Nachverfolgung von Anfragen und Pflege der Kundendaten in unserem CRM-System Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben Das bringst du mit: Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung, im Vertriebsinnendienst oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle Sichere Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie idealerweise in SAP und CRM-Systemen Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen Eine ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung Belastbarkeit, Zielstrebigkeit sowie analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Vorkenntnisse in der Papier-, Druck- oder Werbebranche sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss Das erwartet dich bei uns: Du wirst Gespräche mit unserer Customer Care Managerin sowie dem HR-Team führen.
