Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten Unterstützung der Ausbilder bei der Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Ausbildungsinhalten in verschiedenen technischen Berufsfeldern & dualen Studiengängen Mithilfe bei der Erstellung von Lernmaterialien, Präsentationen und Übungsaufgaben Begleitung und Betreuung von Auszubildenden (#AIRzubi´s) bei praktischen Fachlehrgängen und in unterschiedlichen Projekten. Einblicke in die administrativen Prozesse der Berufsausbildung, wie z.B. die Employment Marketing, Recruiting, Onboarding, methodische und didaktische Wissensvermittlung, Prozessmonitoring uvm. Teilnahme an internen Besprechungen und Workshops der Ausbildungsabteilung. Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Informationsveranstaltungen und Messen zur Nachwuchsgewinnung. Mitarbeit an aktuellen Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Ausbildungsprogramme. Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen Eingeschriebener Vollzeitstudent (d/m/w) in einem relevanten technischen, pädagogischen oder vergleichbaren Studiengang (z.B. Maschinenbau, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie o.ä.). Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens B2-Niveau). Grundlegende Englischkenntnisse. Gute Grundkenntnisse in MS Office- & GOOGLE Suites Anwendungen Hohes Interesse an technischen Zusammenhängen und der Vermittlung von Wissen. Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und eine proaktive Arbeitsweise. Eigeninitiative, Lernbereitschaft und Selbstständigkeit. Erste praktische Erfahrungen (z.B. durch Vorpraktika, Nebenjobs, Berufsausbildung) sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.
