How you’ll elevate creativity / The role designed for you :   You will contribute to manage the procurement of raw materials, being involved in the commodity strategy definition with a specific focus in the sourcing execution. You will foster long-term partnerships with suppliers, acting as their focal point for supplier visits, business reviews and negotiations, price lists and quality management. You will maintain effective relationships and communication with internal key stakeholders, such as Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Quality and Finance. You will prepare and conduct negotiations with suppliers regarding commercial terms, payment conditions and delivery terms in collaboration with the Regional and Global Commodity Managers. You will prepare and analyze performance, risk, and sustainability reports for business meetings. You will conduct comparative analysis about supplier’s capabilities and cost drivers to gain insights and improve spending efficiency and effectiveness for the raw materials. You will support the execution and tracking of innovation and sustainability projects in line with our business and ESG targets You’re The Right Fit If You:   Are a graduate in Engineering, Economics, or related fields. Have 3 years of experience in the role. Speak fluent Italian and English (Spanish is a plus). Have a strong passion for Procurement and a desire to grow in the field. Possess analytical thinking, project management skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Are proactive, adaptable, and thrive in dynamic environments. Enjoy collaborating across teams in an international setting. Have strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
