Discover Extraordinary Every day. * Purpose And Main Priorities Of The Role: We are looking for a curious and driven Palantir Foundry & Analytics Developer to join our Data Analytics and Business Intelligence team in Milan and play a key role in driving data innovation across the organization. You will work with Palantir Foundry, one of the most advanced platforms for data integration, analytics, and decision intelligence, leveraging data and AI to enable smarter, faster, and more impactful business decisions. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of projects that blend technology, data, and business insight — and to be at the forefront of Fedrigoni’s digital transformation journey. In this role, you will: Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and analytical models in Palantir Foundry. Develop and maintain front-end application, dashboards, and workflows. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvement. Ensure data quality, performance monitoring, and documentation of all solutions delivered. Contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes, promoting innovation and best practices in analytics and AI. The Attitudes And Skills We’re Looking For: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. 3–5 years of professional experience as Data Engineer, Software Engineer, or Developer. Solid programming skills in SQL, Python, or similar languages. Familiarity or previous exposure to Palantir Foundry is highly valued Strong understanding of data modeling, integration, and transformation processes. Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and business curiosity. Interest in manufacturing environment or business processes and how data can enhance their performance. A proactive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, international context.
