Job Description: Job Purpose   In 2-3 sentences, please provide a summary of the purpose and objective of the job. The position is responsible for building the competencies of Sun Life field managers, primarily for Manila and Luzon through designing, developing and conducting/delivering standard leader development programs as well as branch requests for customized leader training sessions. Major Accountabilities Identify 5-6 major accountabilities. Describe these accountabilities by what is to be accomplished, how and why. Include the approximate percentage of time spent on each accountability. Use action verbs to begin each statement. Avoid the use of acronyms. Designs and delivers in-house leader development programs to Sun Life’s field managers Cascades key initiatives related to leader training in various training platforms Collaborates with Agency Management Team for the design and delivery of customized learning sessions to field managers Collaborates with other business units in Distribution that will support leader training and development programs and initiatives Updated with training trends and techniques and apply these to the training programs Performance Indicators (if necessary) Finance Metrics ( If relevant, describe type and amount (e.g. size of budget managed, revenue, etc.) Sales Metrics ( If relevant, describe type and amount.) Specialized Knowledge/Skills   Describe the level of technical/professional knowledge and key skills needed to successfully perform the work of the job.  Must be skilled in leader training delivery Must have above average platform skills Must have above average communication skills Must have attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)  Must be willing to travel in Luzon Education and Experience   Indicate the minimum education and experience required to perform the work. Include specific professional designations, licenses, registrations, etc. required to perform the job. EDUCATION University degree EXPERIENCE Must have at least 3-4 years solid leader training experience preferably in the life insurance industry Must be knowledgeable in agency leader training Must have a basic working knowledge in program design Must have above average platform skills Supervisory experience is an advantage Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Job Category: Channel Management Posting End Date: 29/04/2026
