Job Description: Zur Unterstützung des EHS Teams sucht Airbus Defence and Space einen Facharzt (d/m/w) für Arbeitsmedizin/Betriebsmedizin für den Standort Manching Airbus Defence and Space zeichnet sich durch ein integriertes und systematisches Arbeits-, Umwelt- Gesundheitsschutzmanagement (EHS) aus. Als Facharzt (m/w/d) für Arbeitsmedizin / Betriebsmedizin sind Sie ein Teil dieses EHS Teams und sind Teil des Teams des medizinischen Dienstes am Standort Manching. In Deutschland ist Manching der größte Defence and Space Standort und Zentrum der militärischen Luftfahrt für bemannte und unbemannte Systeme. Biomonitoring), sowie Beratungen zu arbeitsplatzbezogenen und sozialmedizinischen Fragestellungen Mitarbeit in der Werksambulanz und Durchführung präventivmedizinischer Leistungen Notärztliche Versorgung des Standortes in Kooperation mit der Werkfeuerwehr Mitwirken im Betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagement (BGM), sowie Eingliederungsmanagement (BEM) Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit allen Schnittstellenpartnern Gewünschte Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen Facharzt für Arbeitsmedizin oder Betriebsmedizin Notfallmedizinische und reisemedizinische Qualifikation, Psychosomatische Grundversorgung, Kenntnisse in Sonographie Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation, Eigenständigkeit und sichere Beurteilungsfähigkeit Interesse an einer qualitativ hochwertigen Mitarbeit in einem motivierten Team mit flachen Hierarchien Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ärztliche Beratungskompetenz Professionelles, kunden- und serviceorientiertes Auftreten, sowie vernetzte Denkweise bei Projektabwicklungen /-steuerung Erfahrung mit gängiger Büro- und arbeitsmedizinischer Software Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Für diese Tätigkeit ist eine Sicherheitsüberprüfung erforderlich bzw. muss eine solche von den zuständigen Behörden erteilt werden.
