Ability to objectively self inspect work, finished parts and components as required. Maintaining written records and work logs in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA); European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and Transport Canada (TCAA) requirements. Opened at the Mobile Aeroplex at Brookley in 2015, the facility produces A320 Family aircraft and added a second product line for the A220 in 2019. Your challenges: Ability to learn to read and interpret all common and accepted Blueprint/drawings types. Performs composite repairs (as directed) related to molds, wet and prepreg layup, re-work/repair of existing structures. Self-Inspects Parts and Components where applicable. Ability to use all related measuring devices/tools to ensure adherence to requested part/component documentation. Adherence to various policies regarding accurate recording of completed work and work-in-progress. Housekeeping, Assistance with lifting/pushing/pulling, etc. Maintain acceptable/normal levels of On-hand stock quantities. Your boarding pass: High School Diploma or equivalent Some form of Technical/Professional/Vocational Training in the Composites field (apprenticeship, institutional training, etc.) Three (3)+ years of hands-on experience with Aerospace or Equivalent Composites(Shipyard, Supplier, Etc.)
