Job Description: Für Airbus Defence and Space in Manching suchen wir in der Abteilung „Surface Technology“ einen Lackierer  (d/w/m). Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören: Durchführung von Oberflächenvorbereitungen  (Reinigen, Schleifen, Abdecken ...)  von Flugzeugen unterschiedlicher Baumuster, Komponenten, Einzelteilen und Betriebsmitteln mit diversen Lackmaterialien (z.B. 2K-Hochglanz-, Sonderlacke) einschließlich Großbeschriftungen, Kennzeichnungen und Logos Hierzu gehört neben dem Beurteilen/Bewerten von Lackschäden inner- und außerhalb des Lackierprozesses auch das Beheben an unterschiedlichen Trägermaterialien (z.B. Aluminium, Stahl,  Faserverbundwerkstoffe  etc.) mittels diverser Spritzgeräte und Verfahren (z.B. Becherpistole, Airless- Verfahren). Vorbereitungsmaßnahmen  nach vorgegebenen Arbeitsunterlagen (z.B.Arbeitsplan, Zeichnungen) durchführen. Oberflächenbehandlungen  durchführen ( z.B. Alodinebehandlung), um Schutz und Festigkeit zu gewährleisten. Behebungsmaßnahmen festlegen und in anspruchsvollen Bereichen unter Beachtung von Schichtdicke, Glanzgrad, Farbschattierungen, Übergänge usw. selbst durchführen.
