Job Description: Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Experienced Human and Organizational Factors Specialist (f/m) to join our Human and Organizational Factors (HOF) department based in Marignane, France . You will be part of a team driving the development, implementation and maturation (D/F/M) of Human and Organizational Factors. As part of the methods, tools and data department, you will be involved in ensure an efficient cooperation with Airbus HOF network. Your challenges: Design fit to Human in manufacturing Reduction of non-quality (RC, product safety, customers satisfaction) Ensure safe and efficient Human-Industrial environment Reduction of production recurring costs, Better usability, acceptance change, time to deploy (avoiding project failure...) Develop capabilities to measure Human-Machine interaction efficiency Users involvement: users’ needs and feedback considered on the process Your profile: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex HOF & ergonomics concepts into practical solutions. Very strong project management and organizational skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and overall hierarchy levels up to the Excom. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. (French, German, Spanish are an advantage) Familiarity with aviation safety regulations (e.g., EASA, FAA) and safety management systems (SMS) is highly desirable. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team. A proactive mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement and innovation.
