Job Description: Um die Abteilung “ Program Delivery Military, TUI & PS ” zu unterstützen, sucht die Airbus Secure Land Communications GmbH ab sofort DICH als: Werkstudent (m/w/d) mit 15 Std./Woche am Standort Ulm. Dazu gehören: Regelmäßiges Auswerten und Zusammenfassen der Kosten (Monitoring-Unterstützung) Unterstützung bei Dokumenten-Reviews (Grammatik, Typos, Format, etc.) Erstellen von Protokollen ggfs. PMO-Tätigkeiten (Scheduling, Auswertungen/Charts erstellen, Dokumenten- und Konfigurationslisten erstellen und pflegen) Gewünschte Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen: Du absolvierst aktuell ein Studium der Informatik, BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Nachrichtentechnik und hast Lust Deine theoretischen Kenntnisse in einem praktischen Einsatz anzuwenden. Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Tools (MS Office idealerweise inkl. MS Project, Visio (von Vorteil), ThinkCell (von Vorteil), sowie Jira und Confluence), neugierig und freust dich auf anspruchsvolle Aufgaben Durch deine kommunikative , offene und souveräne Art und dein freundliches Auftreten überzeugst du uns Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
