Job Description: Airbus Commercial Aircraft recherche un Senior Wing Structures Lead Stress Engineer (H/F) pour rejoindre notre équipe MAP basée à Toulouse, France. Vous ferez partie d'une équipe qui est impliquée techniquement dans tout ce qui peut survenir durant le processus d'assemblage. Au sein de WB (A350/A330/A380) MAP Wing structures team 1ALLW , vous serez impliqué(e) dans le support technique à la chaîne d'assemblage final (FAL), aux essais en vol et à la ligne client, visant à assurer la navigabilité des appareils et à soutenir le programme et le planning industriel. Vos challenges Analyser l'impact des non-conformités (NC) sur la navigabilité et fournir des justifications de contrainte. Assurer le contenu technique de tous les documents de conformité (non-conformités, concessions, etc.) en accord avec les jalons de la FAL. Soutenir l'amélioration de la qualité globale de la cellule : enquête sur les causes profondes des NC et élaboration d'actions correctives. Identifier les zones d'inefficacité et contribuer à l'amélioration des processus. Agir comme point de contact pour faciliter la coordination entre les différentes parties prenantes (manufacturing, qualité, bureaux d'études, etc.). Votre carte d’embarquement Professionnel.e expérimenté.e en tant qu'ingénieur.e stress (statique ou F&DT). Expertise technique en analyse de structures métalliques et/ou composites, avec des outils manuels et informatiques (ISAMI, FEM, etc.). Expérience sur des programmes d'avions gros porteurs ( widebody ). Délégations DOA Stress déjà accordées ou capacité à les développer. Langues: Niveau de négociation en anglais (à l'oral et à l'écrit). You will be part of a team developing engineering support for FAL, Flight Test and Customer Line. As part of the WB (A350/A330/A380) MAP Wing structures team 1ALLW , you will be involved in providing engineering support for anything that could occur during the assembly process aiming at ensuring aircraft airworthiness and supporting program and industrial planning. Your challenges Analyze any NC immpact on aircraft airworthiness requirements and provide stress justifications. Ensure technical content for any documents dealing with aircraft conformity (Non-conformity notifications, Concessions, etc.) in accordance with FAL milestones. Support overall airframe Quality improvement: NC root-cause investigation, corrective actions elaboration, feedback loop to Engineering and Manufacturing. Identify areas of inefficiency/repetitive issues etc. and contribute to changes in processes and procedures. Act as a communication focal point to ease coordination between different internal and external stakeholders (manufacturing, quality, design offices, etc.). Your boarding pass Experienced professional as a stress engineer (Static or F&DT). Technical expertise in the analysis of metallic and/or composite structures using a broad range of standard hand and computer methods (e.g. ISAMI, FEM, etc.). Experience in widebody programs. Already granted DOA Stress delegations or ability to develop them in the near future. Language: Negotiation level in English (verbal and written). French would be a strong plus.
