Job Description: Transform how we Plan, Forecast, Purchase and manage inventory. Join the Industrialization team as we redefine Satair’s upstream operations. By leading digital initiatives, process mapping, and continuous improvement, we ensure our operations are fast, compliant, and ready to scale worldwide. As we move to double our revenue by 2030, we need a Process and Performance Manager to sharpen our Purchasing activities. Focusing on Continuous Improvement and Process Compliance, you will have a unique opportunity to shape how work gets done across Supply Management and beyond. What the job is … In a nutshell, you can expect to: Responsible for Supply Management processes, including standards and documentation. Monitor performance metrics to identify gaps, perform root-cause analysis, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency. Drive global process deployment and adoption through structured change management and communication. Lead global specialist communities and deliver scalable training and train-the-trainer programs. Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring alignment between business, process, and system readiness. Partner with a wide variety of stakeholders to ensure E2E alignment and support strategic initiatives. Less than 15 Travel days to be expected Location: Copenhagen, Denmark How you will contribute to the team University degree in engineering, supply chain, business administration, Project Management or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or supply chain transformation. Strong experience in upstream supply chain operations. Proven expertise in E2E process design and implementation. Demonstrated capability in continuous improvement and structured problem-solving (Certification is a plus: e.g. Lean Six Sigma). Experience leading change and influencing process adoption across global, cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and digital acumen, including the ability to translate data into insights and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the autonomy to prioritize initiatives aligned to business objectives. What does your next challenge look like?
