Sommaire du poste L’Inspecteur Qualité a pour mission de s’assurer que le produit est fabriqué selon les demandes du département de l’Ingénierie, les spécifications du client et les normes Qualité, tout en respectant les exigences en santé et sécurité. Responsabilités du poste Supporter la Production en délivrant les informations techniques nécessaires à la réalisation du travail; S’assurer de la conformité du travail réalisé selon les demandes du département Ingénierie, les spécifications du client et les normes Qualité; Rapporter les non-conformités, en assurer le suivi et attester les réparations; S’assurer que les outils utilisés par la Production soient étalonnés; Effectuer les inspections préliminaires et progressives de la structure et du système avion, et vérifier le fonctionnement opérationnel. Réaliser les inspections finales et vérifier la documentation; Participer à des activités d’amélioration continue. Exigences du poste Formation académique : D.E.C. ou A.E.C. Génie mécanique, maintenance d’aéronefs ou construction aéronautique. ET Posséder un minimum de 2 ans d’expérience pertinente dans le domaine de l’assemblage (métier valide à l’interne si aucune expérience externe, code 131. OU D.E.P. Montage de structures et 2 ans minimum d’expérience comme assembleur structure (131 interne) OU Posséder un minimum de 2 ans d’expérience comme inspecteur dans le domaine de l’aéronautique ou dans un domaine connexe en assemblage. ET Réussir une entrevue de sélection pouvant inclure un test technique pratique et/ou théorique. Exigences particulières : Maîtriser la lecture de plans; Avoir des connaissances générales en mécanique; Maîtriser la Suite Office; Maîtriser l’anglais technique; Maîtriser l’utilisation des outils de mesure; La connaissance de SAP et PLM est un atout; La connaissance de Catia ou tout autre logiciel de design en 3D est un atout.
