Job Description: Assurer la livraison on time des approvisionnements de production sur son périmètre. Missions : Gérer et analyser les besoins.           Faire remonter les dysfonctionnements liés à l’expression des besoins vers les services à l’origine du dysfonctionnement (DT, DI/ordo, …)           Analyser et traiter les DA.           Passer, suivre et relancer les commandes des fournitures, afin d’assurer la mise à disposition des pièces au bon moment.           Traiter et saisir les Accusés réception commande.           Traiter les retards commandes et piloter, si nécessaire, des plans d'actions et de rattrapage chez les fournisseurs du portefeuille considéré.           Traiter avec le magasin et les fournisseurs les problématiques liées à la réception des pièces (litige réception)           Régler les litiges facturation liés à des problèmes de réception et/ou de port.           Monitorer le niveau & la cohérence des stocks des références achetées (Garantir un niveau de stock <= 42 jours).           Analyser les OTD des fournisseurs de son périmètres – suivre le PDCA « revue des perfos »           Assister au SQCDP de son secteur           Assurer un reporting régulier au Responsable Supply Chain (faits marquants, dysfonctionnement, ..)           Se déplacer régulièrement chez les fournisseurs This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
