Job Description: Für Airbus Defence and Space in Friedrichshafen suchen wir einen Projektleiter (d/m/w) Die Abteilung ist innerhalb Secure Communications Deutschland sehr erfolgreich als führender Programmbereich für die Realisierung von robusten Ende-zu-Ende Kommunikationslösungen zuständig. Die Geschäftstätigkeit umfasst die verantwortliche Gesamtsystemauslegung, die Entwicklung/Integration moderner Satellitenbodenstationen inklusive zugehöriger Managementlösungen sowie umfangreiche  Betriebs- und Serviceleistungen über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus hinweg. Die Abteilung bedient in diesem Zusammenhang vorwiegend den deutschen Kunden bei militärischen land- und seegestützten Systemen. Ihr Standort Am Airbus-Standort in Friedrichshafen arbeiten Sie dort an Innovationen, wo andere Urlaub machen. Scrum Idealerweise Projektmanagement Zertifikat PMP oder vergleichbar Idealerweise Kenntnisse in der praktischen Anwendung von Java, C++ und Python Erfahrung im Umgang mit deutschen militärischen Kunden Kenntnis der Prozesslandschaft im Bereich Programm- / Projektmanagement Erfahrungen im Bereich Angebotserstellung  Analytische, Agile und sehr selbständige Arbeitsweise Sozialkompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und kulturelle Offenheit Flexibilität, Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen innerhalb von Deutschland (ca. 1x monatlich) Motivation und Initiative zur Einbringung von Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Keine 100%ige Übereinstimmung?
