Job Description: Airbus ist Pionier einer nachhaltigen Luft- und Raumfahrt für eine sichere und vereinte Welt.  Die 2021 gegründete Airbus Logistik GmbH übernimmt die logistische Versorgung der Airbus Endmontagelinien mit Flugzeugbauteilen für das A320 Programm. Deine Tätigkeiten: Disziplinarische Führung Steuerung und Überwachung des Personaleinsatzes und der vorgegebenen Arbeitsabläufe für gewerbliche sowie kaufmännische Mitarbeiter Steuerung und Überwachung der ordnungsgemäßen und termingerechten Abwicklung der durchzuführenden Aufgaben Ansprechpartner bei Klärungen von Beanstandungen und Schnittstellenproblemen Umsetzung und Kontrolle der Einhaltung von Betriebsanweisungen Dokumentation von Fehlern und Störungen Einleitung, Durchführung und Überwachung von Korrekturmaßnahmen bei jeglicher Art von Unregelmäßigkeiten Informationspflicht gegenüber dem Vorgesetzten Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen, Belehrungen und Einweisungen Optimierung von Prozessen Unterstützung der operativen Leitung in der Bereichsführung sowie bei der Durchführung von Projekten Dein Profil: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik o.ä. Weiterbildung als Logistikmeister von Vorteil Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Führungskraft mit mehr als 20 Mitarbeitern IT-Kenntnisse im Bereich Materialwirtschaftssysteme, insb.
