Job Description: Wir suchen aktuell eine*n Sachbearbeiter*in Personal und Entgeltabrechnung (m/w/d) Standort: Bremen, DE Art der Stelle: Vollzeit (35 - 37,5h) Befristung: 18 M Ihre Aufgaben Werde Teil unseres HR-Trios! Für die kommenden 18 Monate suchen wir Dich als Verstärkung in Vollzeit (ab 35 Std.). Gemeinsam im Team gestalten wir unsere HR-Prozesse neu und sorgen für einen Service, der unsere Mitarbeitenden begeistert. Begleite uns während dieser Elternzeitvertretung und setze eigene Impulse! Du verantwortet die Personaladministration vom On- bis zum Offboarding-Prozess für einen definierten Mitarbeiterkreis Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen und -zeugnissen, und erstellst darüber hinaus Meldungen und Bescheinigungen jeglicher Art, die im Tagesgeschäft anfallen. Du bist mitverantwortlich für die Betreuung unseres Zeiterfassungssystems. Du bereitest die monatliche Gehaltsabrechnung vor und bist maßgeblich an der Durchführung in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Payroll-Dienstleister beteiligt. Du verwaltest und pflegst alle Personalstammdaten in unserem HR-System sowie der digitalen Personalakten Als kompetente Ansprechperson berätst und betreust du Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte in allen personalrelevanten und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen Du unterstützt bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen und unterstützt bei Bedarf spannende HR-Projekte Unsere Anforderungen Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation erfolgreich   abgeschlossen? Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personaladministration und/oder Payroll sind von Vorteil. Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht, Sozialversicherungsrecht und Lohnsteuerrecht. Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Google Workspace, bringst Hands-on Mentalität sowie   gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit?
