Job Description: Sommaire du poste : Sous la supervision de la Directrice des ressources humaines, la personne titulaire du poste agit à titre de pilier administratif du département des ressources humaines. Elle assure l’exactitude et l’intégrité des données relatives aux employés et constitue un point de contact clé pour les questions liées à la gestion de la présence au travail, aux dossiers administratifs et au soutien des opérations RH.     Principales responsabilités : Gestion des absences, invalidités et dossiers médicaux Agir comme premier point de contact au bureau des ressources humaines pour la réception et le suivi des certificats médicaux; Assurer la gestion administrative des dossiers d’invalidité, de CNESST et de retraits préventifs, conformément aux politiques internes et aux obligations légales; Effectuer, au besoin, les suivis requis auprès de l’assureur, des gestionnaires et des employés; Coordonner les processus de retour au travail en collaboration avec les PARH et les gestionnaires, incluant les assignations temporaires et les mesures d’accommodement. Administration du cycle de vie des employés Maintenir à jour les dossiers d’employés dans le système d’information des ressources humaines (SIRH); Gérer les adhésions, modifications et cessations de couverture aux assurances collectives et au régime de REER; Produire les confirmations d’emploi et autres documents administratifs requis; Assurer le suivi des périodes de probation pour les nouveaux employés et effectuer les rappels nécessaires auprès des gestionnaires. Soutien aux opérations RH Coordonner les visites du médecin en entreprise; Préparer et diffuser la portion RH du journal interne; Préparation des dossiers d’embauche et coordonner les entrées en poste; Répondre aux questions quotidiennes des employés relatives aux politiques, procédures et programmes internes; Collaborer à l’audit annuel des dossiers d’employés et à la production de rapports RH (mouvements de main-d’œuvre, taux de roulement, indicateurs administratifs).
