Job Description: Misión  Como Trainee de Seguridad e Higiene , serás responsable de contribuir al cumplimiento de los estándares de Seguridad, Higiene y Medio Ambiente mediante la ejecución de recorridos de verificación, actualización de layouts y soporte en capacitaciones, asegurando que la información de campo se reporte correctamente para facilitar la toma de decisiones del área de EHS. Ubicación: Ciudad de México (A.I.C.M. – Zona de Hangares) Responsabilidades Inspección y Seguimiento: Realizar recorridos y verificaciones visuales en las instalaciones, dando seguimiento a las observaciones con las áreas involucradas y elaborando las minutas correspondientes. Capacitación: Impartir pláticas de seguridad y capacitaciones internas que no requieran registro DC-3. Comunicación Interna: Elaborar infografías y comunicados institucionales sobre temas de EHS. Control de Layouts: Desarrollar y mantener actualizados los planos ( layouts ) de las instalaciones. Control de Insumos: Revisar las bitácoras de entrega y uso de Equipo de Protección Personal (EPP). Vigilancia Normativa: Investigar y revisar las actualizaciones vigentes en la normativa oficial relacionada con EHS. Soporte Operativo: Apoyar en la revisión de acervo documental, colocación de señalética, gestión de inventarios de materiales de seguridad y acompañamiento a otras áreas en recorridos. Análisis Técnico: Colaborar en la elaboración de estudios de riesgo e incompatibilidad de sustancias químicas. Requerimientos Escolaridad: Ingeniería Industrial, Química, Ambiental o afín (Pasante o Titulado). Experiencia: No necesaria (Perfil Trainee). Idiomas: Inglés básico. Habilidades: Actitud de servicio, facilidad de palabra para comunicar información a todos los niveles, proactividad, organización, compromiso y capacidad analítica. Conocimientos Técnicos Fundamentos en Medio Ambiente, Seguridad e Higiene. Conocimiento en el desarrollo de procesos y ciclo PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act). Location: Mexico City (A.I.C.M. – Hangar Zone) Responsibilities Inspection and Monitoring: Conduct facility walk-throughs and visual inspections, following up on observations with the involved departments and preparing the corresponding meeting minutes. Training: Deliver safety talks and internal training sessions that do not require official DC-3 certification. Internal Communication: Create infographics and corporate communications regarding EHS topics. Layout Control: Develop and maintain up-to-date facility layouts and floor plans. Supply Management: Review PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) issuance and usage logs. Regulatory Monitoring: Research and review current updates in official regulations related to EHS. Operational Support: Assist in reviewing existing documentation, installing signage, managing safety material inventories, and accompanying other departments during site tours. Technical Analysis: Collaborate in the preparation of chemical risk and chemical incompatibility studies. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering, or a related field (Recent graduate or degree in progress). Experience: Not required (Trainee profile). Languages: Basic English. Skills: Service-oriented attitude, effective communication skills at all organizational levels, proactivity, organization, commitment, and analytical capacity. Technical Knowledge Fundamentals of Environment, Health, and Safety. Knowledge of process development and the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle.
