Job Title: Operations Analysis Manager Company: Prologis Major Responsibilities Collaborate with relevant business teams to perform specialized analysis on key business challenges, providing strategic analysis and recommendations over a broad range of management issues at corporate level Understands the company’s priorities, business drivers, competitors and competitive strategy to help drive strategically aligned solutions, considering aspects of risk/reward. Define analytical approach; Brings structure and order to undefined problems and/or large scale problems, making them easier to address and solve Articulates or translates complex information in clear, meaningful and structured way to suit audience Requirements Outstanding academic record with Master or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Real Estate, Business, Finance or adjacent study area, oversea study experience is preferred. Management consulting or corporate internal consulting background would be a plus; Superior analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability. Demonstrated skill in navigating ambiguity and managing complexity. Ability to grasp primary real estate market economics - market demand and supply, vacancy, absorption, micro and macro issues relating to properties. Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights Excellent English verbal and written skills.
