ABOUT THE ROLE  Due to future projects and work load, we are looking for a PMO Manager to work alongside Project Managers, ensuring standards and operating practices are maintained across the entire project lifecycle. Reporting to the Head of PMO, you will join a small, friendly, team that looks after Earth Observation, Science and Exploration in the UK and be functionally embedded within the assigned project. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM  Is responsible for all planning, monitoring and administrative tasks which are necessary for a proper project management and execution Supports the PM and the project's management team through the application of project management processes, methods and tools Tracks programme progress and provide visualisation and early warning of potential issues to allow for early mitigation, anticipation and data-driven decisions Acts as the Risks & Opportunities Manager of the project ABOUT YOU Passionate about PMO, bringing Project Managers on the journey with you and adapting communication styles to different audiences Experience in managing risks and opportunities Experience in managing or working with a project schedules Understanding of Prince 2 / PMP Enjoys a challenge and solving problems Not a 100% match?
