Associate, US Regulatory Affairs –Advertising & Promotion and General Support for Animal Nutrition Products The Associate provides review and approval of marketing and sales materials for compliance; review, revision and general maintenance of regulatory files such as adverse event reporting and state registrations.  Responsibilities: Support the daily review and approval of marketing and sales materials for compliance. Support the review, revision and drafting of labelling for compliance. Maintain state licensing and registrations. Assist with select international markets’ registrations as needed. Assist with adverse event management and reporting. Assist with export documentation drafting and review. Support the review of recycled content and extended producer responsibility regulations and its application to the business. Skills, Education, Experience, Attributes: BS with 1 to 3 years of experience in Animal Health Industry. Nutritional experience desirable. Must be familiar with applicable regulations and guidelines including but not limited to Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), 21 CFR 111 Human Dietary Supplements, 21 CFR Part 507 Animal Food, AAFCO label standards/model bill and NASC labeling guidelines. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must be well-organized, detail oriented, and able to work within deadlines. Experience in Regulatory Affairs in animal food and/ or animal health supplements. Strong understanding of animal nutrition, especially equine and companion animal nutrition. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
