Job Description: En quête d’une première expérience qui fait la différence ?  Ce stage chez Airbus Atlantic pourrait bien être le début d’un grand voyage.  Nous sommes un leader mondial sur le marché des aérostructures, des sièges pilotes et des fauteuils passagers premium. Dans le cadre de votre formation initiale, vous recherchez un stage obligatoire ou intégré dans une année de césure, d’une durée de 4 à 6 mois, vous permettant de valider votre année. Une offre de stage intitulée « STAGE 2026 - Amélioration de la Performance Industrielle A350 (ALL GENDER) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d’Airbus Atlantic sur le site de Montoir de Bretagne. Cette mission débutera en janvier 2026 (date sujette à flexibilité) pour une durée de 6 mois . Retrouvez Airbus Atlantic en Video et la Présentation du site de Montoir de Bretagne Tâches et responsabilités : Vous rejoindrez une équipe au sein du département  «  Pôle Curatif  » en charge d'inspecter le travail réalisé par les opérateurs, instruire le traitement des Non Conformités Produit et en accompagner la diminution. Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes : Identifier les éléments permettant de piloter et d'optimiser les différentes activités du Pôle. Construire, développer et rendre accessible ces éléments de mesure sur des interfaces comme Qlik Sense, Looker Studio, Skywise ou Sheets. Proposer une gouvernance autour de ces éléments et en accompagner la mise en œuvre. S'impliquer dans la démarche d'amélioration continue proposée par l'Unité de Production : Participer à des chantiers Kaizen // Appliquer les principes d'amélioration continue via la démarche AOS (Airbus Operating System) au sein du Pôle Curatif // Participer à l'optimisation des activités du Pôle Curatif. Parlons de VOUS ! Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac +5 (ou équivalent) dans le domaine de la gestion de Production ou une discipline apparentée. Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :  Google Sheets. Capacités à gérer des données complexes et les visualiser. Savoir être : Créativité, Curiosité, Esprit d'équipe, Bonne communication, Capacité d'adaptation, Structuration. Anglais  : Avancé Français  : Courant Parlons de NOUS !
