Die Gruppe betreibt 67 Shopping-Center, darunter 39 unter der Westfield-Marke. Deine Aufgaben: Projektkoordination & Schnittstellenmanagement Koordination von Mieterausbauten und Schnittstelle zwischen Mietern, Leasing, Bauunternehmen und Behörden Organisation von Abnahmen mit Bauaufsicht, Feuerwehr und TÜV Terminplanung, Schlüsselübergaben, Zugangsregelungen Zusammenarbeit mit Architekturbüros (z. B. PSP-Architekten), Beauftragung von Bauanträgen Technisches Verständnis in sicherheitsrelevanten Anlagen (Sprinkler, BMA, Lüftung, Sicherheitsbeleuchtung etc.) Gewährleistungsmanagement und Umbauten Technische Prüfung & Dokumentation Prüfung von Ausbauplänen, Leistungsbeschreibungen und Mietbedingungen Kontrolle von Schlussrechnungen und Baukostenzuschüssen Erstellung von Kosten- und Terminplänen Dokumentation von Mängeln, Übergaben und Schlüsselprotokollen Kommunikation & Konfliktlösung Ansprechpartner für Mieter bei technischen und organisatorischen Fragen Vermittlung bei baulichen Herausforderungen (z. B. Brandschutz, Designfreigaben) Klärung bei Flächenrückgaben und Schlüsselmanagement Reporting & Management-Abstimmung Erstellung von Statusberichten und Entscheidungsvorlagen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit General Manager, Projektleitung und Centerleitung Reporting an Leasing & EM inkl.
