Program Overview The International Graduate Program (IGP) is a one-year fast-track management program designed for highly motivated graduates, which offers: 3 assignments in different teams across core business functions International exposure , including a 4-month assignment abroad A tailored development plan and personalized career guidance A permanent contract from Day 1 Strong visibility to senior management and participation in the IGP seminar with other international graduates Access to URW Academy and continuous learning opportunities Scope of Assignments From the beginning, graduates are entrusted with real responsibilities and projects, contributing directly to business outcomes.
