Job Description: Airbus is looking for a Digital & Software Buyer (f/m) to join our General Procurement Department based in Toulouse, France . You will be part of the team and the Center of Competence for Software (CoC SW). As part of this trans-national team, you will be involved in procuring Software & Digital application services aiming at supporting the group's digital transformation and optimizing software acquisitions for Engineering, AI and Customer Services. Your challenges: Lead cross-functional sourcing projects for Software & Digital applications across multiple divisions (Airbus, Defence & Space, Helicopters). Run supplier selection processes, negotiate and establish national & trans-national contracts. Support the buyers' community by providing guidance and adapted processes for software procurement. Perform Contract Management to evaluate and improve suppliers' performance (time, cost, quality). Contribute to change management and streamline the software ordering activity. Your boarding pass: Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement, ideally in IT or Software. Experience in purchasing/project management Advanced level of English Good communication skills Stakeholders management in a multicultural environment at large scale (all divisions) Ability to drive Change management activities Ability to manage uncertainty environment whilst being autonomous.
