Standort: Manching Start: baldmöglichst Dauer: 5-6 Monate Die Abteilung Industrial Performance & Improvement unterstützt zentral die Effizienzsteigerung der Wartungs- und Produktionsbereiche am Standort Manching und Getafe, Spanien. Durch eine gesamtheitliche Betrachtung der aktuellen Situation werden Verbesserungspotenziale erkannt und adäquat beschrieben. Darauf basierend werden nachhaltige Prozessoptimierungen definiert und anhand strukturierter Projekte in die Realität überführt. Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten Herbeiführen von Veränderungen in Organisation und Arbeitsweisen durch Lean-Methoden, wie Visual Management & Practical Problem Solving. Optimierung von Prozessen inkl. Standardisierung, Implementierung und Visualisierung. Einführung/Weiterentwicklung von Lean Tools, wie VSM, 5S, SQCDP, PPS, Kaizen. Unterstützung bei Digitalisierungsprojekten. Bereichsübergreifender Austausch und Präsentation eigener Projekte. Value Stream Mapping für Serienproduktion + Wartung. Implementierung neuer Visualisierungsmöglichkeiten am Arbeitsplatz Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen Eingeschriebener Vollzeitstudent (d/m/w) im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Ingenieurwesen, Digital Business oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung. Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse. Ein hohes Maß an selbstständiger und organisierter Arbeitsweise, sowie Teamfähigkeit. Technisches und analytisches Verständnis. Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Affinität zur Technik. Fließende bzw. verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse.
