Job Description: Job Description : Being fully part of the Finance department, provide support to the business team in various activities of the project coordination and monitoring, deadline and deliverable management, communication, and governance. Assist the team in managing the different steeps of the projects and work streams of the Brazilian Tax Reform.   VIE Main Requirements:  The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance, and Employment, open to companies like Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity for valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria. The main VIE requirements include being a European Union citizen (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), with a maximum age of 28. The VIE contract duration is between 12 to 24 months. Your Opportunity: A VIE position for a “VIE - Project Manager Office - Specialist Brazilian Tax Reform” has arisen in Brazil. You will join the BR Tax Reform team. Tasks and responsibilities : ● Coordinate and monitor project actions by phase, ensuring appropriate pace and plan adherence. ● Monitor defined deadlines and deliverables, identifying deviations and proposing action plans. Draft regular project performance reports. ● Identify, analyse, and escalate project risks and delays, proposing proactive solutions to mitigate impacts. ● Provide project communication, organizing regular meetings and project-related activity schedules, optimizing time and team participation in order to ensure an effective interface with internal teams, consultants hired by the company, tax advisors, suppliers, clients, and international organizations. Be responsible to keep the frequent communication with the consultancy and stay abreast of any legal technical notes concerning the topic. ● Establish and maintain long-term project governance, standardizing the organization and archiving of documents and information to ensure clarity and chronological traceability. Required Skills You have the following skills and experience: ● Bachelor and/or Master degree in communication, project management, business administration, or related finance. ● Solid first experience in one of the following areas: project management, business analysis or consulting. ● Knowledge of project management methodologies (desirable). ● Solid IT skills (e.g., Microsoft Project, Google Suite, or other project management tools). In addition, you are capable of demonstrating the following skills: ● “Can Do&quot"attitude. ● Excellent communication skills. ● Analytical skills. ● Ability to execute operational tasks while keeping the big picture in mind. ● Language Skills: advanced level of Portuguese and English. Your Challenges: ● Support the team in their daily activities: coordinating and monitoring project actions. ● Establish, in coordination with leadership, financial and operational benchmarks, and reporting standards on a regular basis. ● Assist in managing structural organization projects, such as legal entity optimization or new tax processes. ● Propose and implement process improvements aiming for a leaner organization.
