Job Description: The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria. VIE Main Requirements: ● European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old ● Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any For more information: http://www.civiweb.com/international/default.html (in English, German, Italian and Spanish) The contract duration of VIE is between 12 to 24 months. A VIE role is available to contribute to External Affairs and Business Growth across India and South Asia. This position spans all three key Airbus divisions: Commercial, Helicopters, and Defence & Space. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Regional Director of External Affairs and the SAF Business Development leader. They will be instrumental in developing Airbus's institutional relationships, shaping its geopolitical strategy, and advancing the SAF growth strategy and business development efforts. Tasks & accountabilities: ● Assist in the development and maintenance of strong institutional relationships with government bodies, industry associations, and other key stakeholders; ● Coordination of relevant actions to support the implementation of business development strategies at regional level and country level; ● Contribute to white papers, country briefs, and recommendations to government institutions and industry associations to group related topics. ● Contribute to advance our SAF growth strategy, support in implementation of key strategic SAF projects, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships; ● Prepare quarterly briefs and ad-hoc updates on SAF and sustainability initiatives in the region; ● Contribute to think-tank mapping and participation in policy / industry events relevant to Airbus export campaigns. This role may involve some travel for business in the South Asia region. Le Rôle : Un poste de VIE est disponible pour contribuer aux Affaires Extérieures et à la Croissance Commerciale en Inde et en Asie du Sud . Cette position couvre les trois divisions clés d'Airbus : Commercial, Hélicoptères, et Défense & Espace . Le candidat retenu collaborera avec le Directeur Régional des Affaires Extérieures et le responsable du Développement Commercial (BD) pour le Carburant d'Aviation Durable (SAF) . Il/Elle jouera un rôle essentiel dans le développement des relations institutionnelles d'Airbus, l'élaboration de sa stratégie géopolitique , et l'avancement de la stratégie de croissance SAF et des efforts de développement commercial. Tâches et responsabilités : Aider au développement et au maintien de relations institutionnelles solides avec les organismes gouvernementaux, les associations professionnelles et autres parties prenantes clés. Coordonner les actions pertinentes pour soutenir la mise en œuvre des stratégies de développement commercial aux niveaux régional et national. Contribuer à la rédaction de livres blancs, de notes de pays (country briefs) et de recommandations aux institutions gouvernementales et aux associations professionnelles sur des sujets liés au groupe. Contribuer à l'avancement de notre stratégie de croissance SAF , soutenir la mise en œuvre de projets stratégiques SAF clés, et identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et partenariats. Préparer des notes trimestrielles et des mises à jour ad hoc sur le SAF et les initiatives de durabilité dans la région. Contribuer au cartographie des think-tanks et à la participation aux événements politiques/industriels pertinents pour les campagnes d'exportation d'Airbus. Ce rôle peut impliquer des déplacements professionnels dans la région de l'Asie du Sud. Exigences : Diplôme universitaire en Commerce, Relations Internationales ou une discipline connexe. Excellentes compétences en communication et présentation en anglais, la connaissance du français est un plus.
