The subsidiary has 2,400 employees at 58 sites across the country and serves more than 200,000 customers, from the artisan to petrochemical manufacturers, from analytical laboratories to semiconductors and metallurgy.   How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?   Sur le site de Moissy-Cramayel, l’équipe Exploitation & Maintenance assure la production continue de gaz de l'air : oxygène - azote sous forme liquide et azote sous forme gazeuse. Dans ce cadre, vos principales missions seront les suivantes : Mission générale Exploiter les unités de production et réaliser des opérations de maintenance de proximité dans le respect des règles de sécurité, qualité et environnement. Contribuer à la satisfaction client et à l’efficacité industrielle par la fiabilisation des installations, l’optimisation des dépenses d’exploitation (énergie, matières premières, rejets, maintenance) et s’assurer du bon fonctionnement des installations (disponibilité, automatisation, fiabilité, fonctionnement en marche dégradée). Participer à la continuité de fonctionnement de l’usine.   Pour la partie Exploitation :  Assurer la conduite des unités de production en salle de contrôle Diagnostiquer les dysfonctionnements, concourir à leur résolution Veiller à la bonne marche des équipements, vous procéderez aux manœuvres sur site (marche/arrêt de machines, consignation / déconsignation, échantillonnage).  Réaliser les rondes techniques et d’exploitation Prendre l’astreinte d’exploitation Pour la partie maintenance :  Assurer la maintenance de niveau 1 des installations Programmer, coordonner, superviser et réceptionner les opérations de maintenance en relation avec les entreprises extérieures, les organismes habilités et l'exploitation Réagir aux dysfonctionnements journaliers tout en analysant et en éliminant les récurrences Développer, consolider et suivre les actions de maintenance préventives et systématiques quotidiennes en utilisant la GMAO pour l'anticipation et la traçabilité Réaliser des diagnostics, participer à l'analyse des incidents et mettre en œuvre les plans d'actions associés.   Are you a MATCH?   Profil et compétences acquises ou à acquérir BAC + 2 technique (DUT/BTS GEII, électrotechnique, mécanique ou CIRA, Génie chimique ou équivalent) Goût du terrain et pour la production Connaissances techniques en mécanique.
