Fleest assets management How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? 1. Conduct routine check and control of vehicle a. Conduct preventive maintenance (ie basic service and Annual service based on the schedule of each vehicle and or based on the mileage of the vehicle) b. Manually repair the truck, tanker and hydrogen tube trailer vehicles to ensure the vehicles used to deliver the product safely to customers and vice versa. c. Create a daily preventive maintenance report that will be used as a monthly report in vehicle preventive maintenance activities. d. Ensure the vehicle is feasible KIR test, such as brake function, lamps, tires, and other vehicle baqian. Check the condition of the tire is appropriate or not and ensure when the tire should be replaced. 2. Maintenance of Weight Bridge a. Inspect & supervise maintenance work and calibration of weight bridge 3. Maintenance of Cryogenic Tank a. Tank inspection & re-vacuuming, if needed b. Inspect & repair Manual Valve in cryogenic tank 4. Maintenance of Transfer Pump a. Inspect & repair transfer pump according to schedule or if there is a problem and needs immediate repair b. Replace oil pump according to schedule 5. Tools and Spare Parts Inspection a. Prepare parts and tools for vehicle repair as written by the driver and ensure the vehicle is ready to operate b. Determine the replacement of vehicle spare parts, based on driver's reports. c. Maintain and repair other tools and equipment as well as spare parts to be ready for use at any time for the purpose of vehicle repairs in a timely manner 6. Housekeeping a. Ensure the absence of oil spills, or other chemicals that are harmful to the environment b. Ensure that B3 waste is stored in the premises provided before it is taken by the waste manager 7. HSEQ (Health Safety Environment Quality) compliance a. Carry out all activities following standard operation of HSQE Are you a MATCH?
