Management System a. Ensure Management System is compliant with the standards of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & Halal Assurance System & IMS, and government related regulations b. Ensure that Management System are implemented and maintained c. Manage the internal and external audits (include being auditor) d. Ensure the corrective action are implemented by each related department e. Manage the status of findings and the corrective action are followed up and closed f. Manage preparation of Quality - Safety - Health Environmental Management Review 2. Documentation Control a. Distribution of new Procedures to all users b. Distribution of revised Procedures to all users with removal instructions for the version that has been superseded c. Implementing a process to ensure only “controlled” Procedures are used in work activities d. Maintaining current lists of reviewers and approvers e. Assigning document numbers f. Manage a master list of all Procedures identifying the current revision g. Serving as the interface for the CRMS Manager on documentation issues 3. Quality Risk Assessment, Risk & Opportunities & Quality Target Program a. Assist Manager in identification of the Internal & External Issues b. Consult & advise on defining Objectives, Target & Procedures (OTP) forInternal & External issues based on requirement of ISO 9001: 2015 c. Analyze the achievement of the defined OTP 4. Identification of Impact aspects, Environment Objective Target Program, Risk & Opportunities a. Manage the Internal & External Issues that are identified b. Consult & advise in defining the OTP, Internal & External issues & Environmental impact at all departments, based on the requirement of ISO 14001:2015 c. Analyze the achievement of the defined OTP Are you a MATCH?
