Dans un environnement dynamique, vous travaillez en collaboration avec les équipes Marketing, Ventes et les usines en France et à l'international pour garantir la fiabilité de nos prévisions de ventes et optimiser la disponibilité de nos produits.   - Animer le processus S&OP : Consolider et analyser les prévisions de ventes à court et moyen termes avec les équipes Marketing et Ventes S’assurer que le Plan de Production est en adéquation avec la demande client Analyser les écarts, identifier les risques et les opportunités, et proposer des scénarios d'ajustement  Présenter les synthèses et recommandations S&OP à la Direction afin de faciliter la prise de décision stratégique - Optimiser les stocks de produits finis, en assurant un équilibre entre le taux de service client et l'optimisation du BFR (Besoin en Fonds de Roulement) - Communiquer la disponibilité des produits auprès des équipes commerciales - Collaborer avec les équipes logistiques pour optimiser les flux de transport et de stockage - Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des outils et processus   Are you a MATCH?   - Formation : Bac +5 en Supply Chain (école d'ingénieur ou de commerce) - Expérience professionnelle : 5 ans minimum d'expérience professionnelle dans un environnement industriel, une expérience significative dans l'animation d'un processus S&OP est requise - Qualités personnelles : assertivité, capacité à opérer en transverse, capacité d'analyse et de synthèse, réactivité - Informatique : maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Google notamment) et d'un outil de BI, connaissance d’un ERP (Microsoft D365 idéalement) - Langues : maîtrise de l’anglais professionnel   Our Differences make our Performance At Air Liquide, we are committed to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.
