How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?     We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team in Kazakhstan. This role is integral to our financial integrity, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal standards. The successful candidate will manage key accounting functions and contribute to the strategic objectives of Air Liquide Kazakhstan, with significant opportunity for professional growth in a global organization.   About the Role: As an Accountant, you'll manage key financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Kazakhstan legislation. This role provides broad accounting experience, from invoice processing and receivables management to auditor collaboration. Core Responsibilities: Financial Operations & Management Execute full-cycle invoice processing and manage client accounts. Conduct regular reconciliation of all settlements to ensure accuracy. Processing and reconciliation of employee expense reports in the general ledger Oversee receivables management and implement collection strategies. Reporting & Financial Analysis Prepare and deliver timely financial reports for management review. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities. Maintain the general ledger and assist in budget and forecast preparation. Compliance, Audit & Collaboration Ensure all financial operations adhere to internal procedures and Kazakhstan's legislation. Serve as a key contact for external and internal auditors. Support tax and environmental reporting submissions. Process Improvement & Special Projects Contribute to the refinement of financial processes and internal controls. A commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Fluency in Kazakh and Russian, Intermediate English.
