Instrumentation et automatisme : vous assurez la fiabilité et le bon fonctionnement des unités de production via des opérations de maintenance de proximité. 2. Production & Exploitation : vous contribuez à l'efficacité industrielle et à l'optimisation des dépenses (énergie, matières premières) dans le respect rigoureux des normes Sécurité, de Qualité et d’Environnement du Groupe. Vous pouvez être amené à participer à la continuité de fonctionnement de l’usine (astreinte, postes temporaires et exceptionnels en 5x8 ou en 3x8).   Sous la responsabilité hiérarchique du responsable de production du site :   Vous participerez activement aux opérations d’exploitation du site, en intégrant notamment le cycle d’astreinte (entre 10 et 13 semaines par an), après une période de formation, avec pour missions de : Surveiller le process et adapter les réglages en fonction du programme de production et des indicateurs de performance. Mettre en sécurité les unités lors des arrêts et assurer le démarrage des unités en toute autonomie (respect des procédures et garantie qualité). Diagnostiquer et corriger les défaillances process pour retrouver un régime stable. Assurer un reporting efficace et proposer des actions correctives lors des réunions d'exploitation maintenance. Vous serez en charge de la maintenance de proximité dans votre domaine : Planifier, organiser et réaliser l'ensemble des interventions de maintenance sur l'instrumentation, automatisme. Superviser les prestataires externes lors d’interventions communes et garantir la bonne exécution des contrats. Garantir la traçabilité des interventions via la GMAO. Proposer et mettre en œuvre des améliorations au plan de maintenance. Élaborer les budgets de votre domaine d’activité avec le Responsable Maintenance et maintenir à jour la documentation technique relative à l'instrumentation et aux automates. Assurer la fonction de Chargé de Travaux, notamment pour la rédaction des permis de travail. Participer activement aux projets d’amélioration et aux travaux neufs liés à votre domaine. Démontrer une connaissance des systèmes numériques (ex : Yokogawa, Siemens…).   Are you a MATCH?   BAC+2 technique (BTS CIRA, DUT Mesures Physiques, Génie chimique ou Génie Électrique) avec une première expérience dans la conduite d'unité de production en continu est appréciée. Expertise Technique Solide en instrumentation, systèmes numériques, automatisme et électricité. Forte orientation sécurité et connaissance du travail en zone ATEX. Goût du terrain, de la production et de la polyvalence.  À l’aise avec un équilibre entre le travail d’exploitation, de maintenance (corrective / préventive) et le travail de bureau.
