How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur(e) Projets et Développement pour rejoindre notre équipe. Ce rôle stratégique combine l'expertise technique, la gestion de projet et le développement commercial, en se concentrant sur les opportunités et les projets dans les domaines Bulk et Onsite. 🎯 Vos Missions Principales : Développement Commercial et Prospection : Mener la prospection active et détecter de nouvelles opportunités de vente. Développer et suivre les opportunités commerciales dans les segments BULK et Onsite. Conduire les opportunités de vente en étroite collaboration avec les Responsables des Ventes (RV). Gestion de Projets et Solutions Client : Gérer et réaliser des projets techniques de bout en bout (BULK et Onsite). Identifier et analyser précisément les besoins des clients pour définir des solutions techniques et d'application optimales. Établir les études nécessaires et préparer des solutions techniques alignées. Assurer la mise en place et l'intégration des solutions AIR LIQUIDE. Analyse et Stratégie : Définir des solutions attractives et rentables pour le client, basées sur des bilans économiques rigoureux et en ligne avec la stratégie de l'entreprise. Mener des études de marché pour anticiper les évolutions, les nouveaux besoins et proposer de nouveaux axes de développement. Support et Coordination : Apporter un support technique spécialisé à l'équipe commerciale. Travailler en étroite coordination avec les différentes parties prenantes internes (Engineering, Juridique, Achats, etc.). Effectuer des essais sur les sites clients et les sites industriels pour valider les solutions. ___________________ Are you a MATCH? 🔍 Votre Profil : Formation : Diplôme d'Ingénieur (ou équivalent de niveau Bac+5) dans une spécialité technique : Génie Industriel, Mécanique, Électromécanique, Mécatronique, Électrique, Chimie, ou domaine connexe. Expérience : Profil Junior accepté. Une première expérience de 2 ans dans le métier du gaz est fortement recommandée et constitue un atout majeur. Compétences Clés : Solide base technique et capacité d'analyse. Orientation résultats et sens aigu des affaires. Excellentes capacités de gestion de projet. Aptitude à la négociation et à la collaboration interfonctionnelle.
