Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) was created in 2019 in Lisbon, Portugal with the mandate to provide financial services for Air Liquide European entities. In the space of 4 years, it has expanded to over 400 employees based in 3 office locations: Lisbon, Tomar and Guarda. The geographical scope was extended to include, besides the European affiliates also entities located in Africa, Middle-East and India, and the operational scope was extended and includes today not just Finance, but also Human Resources.   How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?   Provide technical expertise on product / services/ solutions to ensure their availability and reliability through proactive maintenance and incident resolution meeting Service Level Agreement   Key Responsibilities Implementation & Configuration: Support to the end-to-end implementation and optimization of SAP FICO solutions Support the technical teams that configure and customize FICO modules, including General Ledger (FI-GL), Accounts Payable (FI-AP), Accounts Receivable (FI-AR), and Cost Center Accounting (CO) Provide expert guidance on FI/CO processes, especially those related to the Record to Report (R2R) and financial closing activities Business Analysis & Solution Design : Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, and propose effective solutions Analyze existing financial processes and perform gap analysis to design new solutions Testing & Support: Support end user performing user Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system accuracy and functionality Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and guidance to the customer support team on FICO-related issues Ticket and incident management: Ability to identify, clarify, reproduce and resolve incidents Knowledge of incident management tools (eg Service Now) Training & Documentation: Contribute to user training sessions, facilitate workshops, and create user manuals and comprehensive project documentation   Are you a MATCH?   Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting or a similar role Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules (FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA) and Controlling modules (CO-PC, CO-OM-CEL, CO-PA) Proficiency in SAP FICO configuration and customization Experience with S/4HANA Certifications:  SAP FICO certification is often preferred Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
