Gestion de la Base de Données Clients (CRM - Salesforce) Nettoyage et Mise à Jour du CRM (Salesforce) : Assurer la qualification et la fiabilisation des données clients (contacts, coordonnées, fonctions, historique, etc.) en identifiant et corrigeant les informations obsolètes ou manquantes. Recherche et Complément de Contacts : Mener des recherches autonomes via Internet (sites web, réseaux sociaux professionnels, annuaires...) pour identifier les bons interlocuteurs (décideurs, utilisateurs clés) et compléter les fiches clients. Support aux Commerciaux : Piloter en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe commerciale pour valider et mettre à jour les informations en temps réel suite à leurs échanges. Documentation : Participer à la formalisation des processus de saisie et de qualité de la donnée dans Salesforce => “audit interne” sur notre conformité avec les 2 documents “Règles d’Or pour les contacts”, et “fichier bonnes pratiques” B. Support à la Promotion de l'Outil Community (Plateforme de Ressources) Promotion Active : Contacter les clients par téléphone et/ou email pour présenter l'outil Community (plateforme de mise à disposition de documents techniques, suivi de parc matériel, commandes, factures et échanges avec les différents services). Accompagnement Utilisateur : Expliquer le fonctionnement de la plateforme aux utilisateurs et s'assurer de leur bonne prise en main. Feedback et Amélioration : Recueillir les retours d'expérience des utilisateurs et les remonter aux équipes internes (Produit/Marketing) pour contribuer à l'amélioration continue de l'outil et de son contenu.   Are you a Match?   Formation : Bac +2 (Commerce, Administration des Ventes, Marketing, Gestion, Support Client, etc.). Durée : idéalement 6 mois Début : S1 2026 A. Savoirs & Savoir-faire Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Suite Google : Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail). Connaissance ou appétence pour les outils de CRM (Salesforce est un réel plus). Aisance téléphonique et rédactionnelle . Capacité à effectuer des recherches structurées et efficaces sur Internet. B. Savoir-être (Qualités) Autonomie et Proactivité : Capacité à prendre des initiatives et à gérer ses missions de manière indépendante. (sous contrôle du tuteur) Rigueur et Organisation : Souci du détail indispensable pour la fiabilisation des données. Aisance Relationnelle : Facilité à échanger avec différents interlocuteurs (clients, commerciaux) avec diplomatie et professionnalisme.
