The (Sr.) Site HSES Manager assists and advises the Site Manager concerning all HSES issues on sites. Regularly update status of performance of site HSES management system to the SA team, project team, and HSES team. From the start of site activities until the hand-over of the plant, (Sr.) Site HSES Manager coordinates all site HSES efforts and activities, and represents E&C towards the customers, partners, subcontractors regarding HSES issues. He leads and guides his team of HSES engineers (where and if required). His nomination for a particular project shall be in line with local legal requirements. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Take part in the bidding process of subcontractor collection related to the HSES portion. Establish HSES Management System, including HSES Plan, Emergency Response Plan, Security Plan etc. and continually improve it. Ensure all specific construction plans (excavation, scaffolding, lifting etc) are prepared and validated before activities start. Ensure subcontractors' HSES management system is established as per E&C China HSES management system.  Ensure implementation of the HSES Management Systems on site. Responsible for ensuring that site HSES Management policy, plans and procedures are implemented effectively and are suitable for their purposes and use for which they are intended. Prepare HSES training plan and ensure the training plan is well executed.  Prepare JHA and EAI before starting site activities and regularly update.  Visualize high-risk activities, develop mitigation plans and follow up till closure. Coordinate site HSES Systematic activities such as HSES meetings, inspections, internal audit etc based on  site HSES plan. Ensure permit to work procedure is well understood by all site people, and implemented in compliance with the procedure.   Interview HSES personnel in all parties and key positions in subcontractor organization (project manager, site manager etc), make sure required competency is matched.    Advise on setting up the improvement guidelines for site HSES Management System to employees. Ensure improvements are implemented and results are feedback to all employees on site. Ensure all sublet contractors in general contractor organization are properly identified and qualified as per requirements.   Ensure overall HSES management system is implemented in all sublet contractors in the general contractor’s organization.  Ensure regulatory requirements of occupational health are fully deployed in all parties on site.  Report the performance status of site HSES and relevant issues to the QHSES-IRM and Operations department. Coordinate in the investigation of site accidents and incidents as well as evaluating the results of the investigations Prepare post-project HSES appraisal for subcontractor  Are you a MATCH? Education: University Degree on Bachelor Level in Technical Field Training & Certificate: HSES-related certificate & training courses in HSES field Working Experience: 10 years of professional experience in the Chemical Industry. Language: English and Chinese skills in speaking, reading and writing. Knowledge & Know-how: Ability to communicate with overseas experts. Good interpersonal communication skills. Others: Ability for domestic- and overseas traveling.
