Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and schedule requirements within the E&C Technology division. あなたはどのように貢献し、成長しますか？ Develop PDS and Process Design related documents under the supervision/validation of the Design Authority. Provide sales support and prepare documents for cost estimation and proposal activities. Support product development and commissioning activities. Implement and maintain engineering documents (Alair) and drive standardization. Ensure design compliance with Client and Air Liquide standards, aiming for zero accidents and zero corrections. Manage man-hour consumption for assigned tasks and ensure timely reporting. Share best practices and lessons learned within the team to improve efficiency. あなたは適切な人ですか。 Master or Bachelor degree in Science or Engineering. 5+ years of working experience in Chemical engineering or similar design fields. Site experience/industrial operation or troubleshooting experience is preferable. Fluent in Japanese; Basic level in English. HPGSA license is preferable. Curiosity regarding cryogenic technologies (air separation, carbon capture, hydrogen liquefaction, etc.). Situational communication skills between Japanese/Non-Japanese and technical/non-technical stakeholders.
