How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? AL Canada is part of the Air Liquide group. In operations for over 100 years, the head office is located in Montreal, Canada. Since 2025, AL Canada is being managed as a division of Airgas, and in 2026, we are changing ERP moving from Oracle 12 to SAP4Hana. We are looking for a financial analyst with accounting background to support the local team with financial analysis of P&L accounts, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and support to the team before, during and after ERP conversion. HR financial support: - Prepare monthly financial reports, including variances and trend analyses, with a specific focus on PEX (personnel expenses) - Support month-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial data and relevant KPIs relating to PEX and headcount - Conduct ad-hoc analyses to evaluate business cases and cost-saving initiatives - Prepare presentations and dashboards for the HR VP, and key stakeholders Accounting support: - Reviews the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, which have been prepared by the Shared Service Center, chanllenges and follows up on reconciling elements from one month to another - Supports the Shared Service Center in the revamping of our account reconciliations in light og the ERP conversion ___________________ Are you a MATCH? Education      Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field     Must have: Ability to travel in the US 2-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or accounting Advances proficiency in Google environment (Sheets mainly) Strong analytical and problem solving skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to communicate financial information to non financial stakeholders     Nice to have: Experience with financial systems (Oracle, SAP 4Hana, Power BI) Ability to speak French Additional information Please send your CV and motivation letter in English!  Position open only for candidates eligible to the VIE program.
