Er:Sie ist der primäre Ansprechpartner für anspruchsvolle Kundenanfragen und ein echter Experte in der Optimierung unserer internen Prozesse.   Prozessmanagement und -optimierung : Sie sind für die Verwaltung der Kundendatenbank in Systeme wie SAP und Salesforce verantwortlich, treiben die kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung voran und entwickeln Strategien zur Optimierung der Betriebsabläufe. Expertise in Rechnungsstellung und Buchhaltung: Sie steuern die Rechnungsstellung strategisch, inklusive des Gutschriftenmanagements, und unterstützen bei den Monatsabschlüssen. Lösung komplexer Probleme: Sie bearbeiten selbstständig Kundenanfragen (telefonisch und schriftlich), Beschwerden und schwierige Situationen, finden effiziente Lösungen und agieren als wichtigster Ansprechpartner. Strategische Zusammenarbeit: Sie arbeiten eng mit den Vertriebsteams und anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um eine reibungslose Koordination und einen klaren Informationsfluss zu gewährleisten, und unterstützen dabei auch die Teamkollegen.
